Upload Document

Accepted: .md, .txt, .pdf, .docx (max 20 MB). Uploading a file with an existing name replaces it. The document is chunked and merged into the live bot immediately, no restart needed. Edit facts.md to change the numbers and certifications the bot is allowed to state.
